How will be my orders be affected over the Christmas period?
Due to our Christmas closing period, please expect slight delays on orders purchased between 24th - 27th Dec and 31st Dec - 1st Jan.
How long can my cocktails be stored safely?
All of the ingredients in our Mr Fogg’s Airmail Cocktails are non-perishable, so there's no problem keeping them in the fridge indefinitely.
To enjoy them at their best, we recommend keeping them stored in the fridge so they are always ready to drink, and once opened, consume them within 7 days, if they last that long!
Can you ship cocktails abroad?
Sadly, due to restrictions on sending cocktails by post, we can currently only ship alcohol to the UK addresses.
How long will it take to receive my cocktails once I order?
All orders received by 2 pm Monday -Friday will be packed the same day. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery, and current pandemic delivery times average 4-5 days, though there may be occasional delays with Royal Mail outside of our control. Orders received after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed on Mondays.
Will everything fit through my letterbox?
Yes, all cocktails are shipped in a C5 PIP box, which fits most standard postboxes.
Multiple cocktails ordered to the same address will still be shipped individually. So 4 cocktails shipped to a single address will be packaged in 4 separate ration boxes inside a packing bag, to allow for easy regifting.
Can I send items to multiple addresses?
Yes, on checkout, there is the option to enter multiple addresses for each of the items in your basket! Alternatively, for large orders or corporate gifting inquiries (10+ items), please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can accept delivery details in spreadsheet format for ease.
I want to order a box to my address and then regift- can I order a blank box?
Sure! Just chose the option when adding to your basket, No- send a blank box inside a postage bag, and you’ll be able to write your own message on the front of the box, or resend on to a second address.
Can I place a large order?
